At LVL, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with easy exchanges and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • The items are in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping fees.

  • Returns: If you wish to return an item for a refund, shipping fees for the return will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • For Credit Card Payments: The amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via: Mobile Wallets / Instapay / Bank Transfer].

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product/size by mistake, we apologize! Please contact us immediately, and we will replace it for you completely free of charge.
